Two-part design combines a firm, flat crib mattress with a removable, breathable mattress pad for on-top comfort. The mattress features two sides to grow with your baby: a firm, waterproof infant side that wipes clean easily, and a plush toddler side for longer, growing comfort. The breathable mattress pad promotes excellent air circulation, helping to keep the sleeping surface cool and comfortable. A seamless waterproof construction protects against accidents and helps prevent mold by keeping moisture away from the core, while the polyethylene surface is food-grade and easy to sanitize.

Made with pure organic cotton and free from wool, latex, and soy, it supports allergy-sensitive sleepers. A non-toxic fire barrier system is built in and meets or exceeds federal and state flammability standards without potentially harmful chemicals. There are two lightweight options to fit different crib setups: MC46, about 14 pounds, and MC46C, about 19 pounds. The mattress fits standard-size cribs (approximately 27-1/4 by 51-5/8 by 6 inches) and is made in the USA.
